We use the “Train and Release” method. We utilize our time together to help you learn how to care for your body on your own. Learning to do everything correctly, with good form is vital to your success. We meet with you as long as you feel necessary to guide you into your own independent healthy lifestyle. We use Pilates as a base for our instruction. Pilates is not just for women or dancers. Pilates creates long, lean muscles, strengthening the entire core, especially focusing on abdominal and back muscles. It improves flexibility as well as posture. Many main-stream athletes are incorporating Pilates into their regular exercise/training programs due to the enormous benefits they are finding for strength and injury prevention! Pilates also helps add flexibility back into areas prone to stiffness such as the back, hips, knees and ankles.
